PSTrax Comments on Recent Market Acquisitions
Littleton, Colorado – The recent acquisition of a well-known records management software company has created some confusion for our users, and we would like to formally address some of the questions and concerns that our customers have recently brought to our attention.
First, we’d like to clarify that PSTrax is a privately owned company which offers a stand-alone, automated check system that works independently of other all-in-one records management software solutions like Emergency Reporting (ER) and ESO. We do not answer to shareholders; we answer to our customers. Our focus has always been, and will continue to be, a company committed to superior customer service, providing continual enhancements based on our customer’s feedback and evolving industry reporting needs. Simply put, what is best for our customers is what is best for us and we want to reassure you that PSTrax is not open to purchase or acquisition.
It is this focus and commitment which led us to discontinue our integration partnership between ER’s system and our own.
In a recent announcement, ER customers were told they will be “migrated” from their existing platform as soon as next year. This migration will not affect the ability of our customers to access their PSTrax system, create reports from it, or leverage the best-in-class features built specifically for operations checks and asset management. They will still be able to access the same great automation, documentation and tracking software that they’ve come to rely upon.
We are pleased to be here for our customers, both current and future, and to continue to offer an uncomplicated solution for a complex problem.
