These include AWS End User Messaging, which transmits the platform's text message notifications on our behalf, and providers of cloud hosting, customer support phone and messaging tools, email and customer relationship management tools, and our online community platform. These providers act as our processors: they may use the information only as necessary to provide services to us, under our instructions and under contract, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or for any other purpose.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal processes.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner as part of the transaction.

4. Text Message Notifications and Mobile Opt-In Data

Station Automation, Inc. DBA PSTrax sends automated text message notifications from the PSTrax platform only to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may reply HELP or contact us using the details in Section 8 for assistance. Our SMS Terms and Conditions describe the program in full.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in Section 3 above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records, and we do not use mobile numbers collected for platform notifications to send marketing messages.

5. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
