FOUNDED IN THE FIRST RESPONDER WORLD

PSTrax was founded in 2009 by Scott Bergeron and Cliff Long. The idea came from Scott’s daughter, Nicole Bergeron, a Fire Medic in Colorado, who saw firsthand how paper-based and ineffective systems made it hard to track critical tasks like equipment inspections and inventory.

What started as a system for apparatus inspections has grown into the leading platform for managing vehicles, SCBA, PPE, critical assets, stations, supplies, and controlled substances. Today PSTrax serves agencies across the US and internationally, and we remain committed to the same hands-on, collaborative approach to improving first responder safety and station automation.
