He has held senior leadership roles at GovQA, Granicus, and ADP, where he worked closely with public sector and compliance-driven organizations to deliver dependable technology and long-term customer value. Across these roles, Tim’s work focused on improving system reliability, simplifying workflows, and strengthening customer experience to support consistent performance at scale.
