SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the text message notification program operated by Station Automation, Inc. DBA PSTrax ("PSTrax," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

• When you opt in to the service, we will send you text message notifications from the PSTrax platform, including alerts about department checks, inventory, tasks, and other notifications you enable in PSTrax.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to 877-583-5760. When you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we reply with an SMS message that confirms that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you won't receive any additional SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text "UNSTOP" to the same number and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• You can get more information at any time by texting "HELP" to 877-583-5760. When you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.
• Messages are delivered through participating U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• PSTrax text message notifications are provided as a convenience. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or prevented by factors outside our control, including wireless carrier networks, coverage, device settings, and service outages. PSTrax text message notifications are not an emergency alerting or dispatch service and must not be relied upon for emergency, life-safety, or other time-sensitive public safety communications. Always use your agency's established dispatch, alerting, and emergency communication systems for those purposes.
• Message and data rates may apply for any messages that we send to you or you send to us. Message frequency varies based on the notifications you enable in PSTrax and your department's activity. Contact your wireless provider for more information about your text plan or data plan. • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
